We often take Granger Road as a short cut to our home. This is an acrylic painting that was created from photographs of a spectacular Fall sunset.

Winter Sunset was created from photos taken while traveling in Illinois. This a small acrylic painting, 5 1/2″ X 12″.

A few years ago while traveling in Illinois I took several photographs that were the impetus for this acrylic painting. Does looking up at the sky cause you to ponder the riddles of life? It sure does for me.
I love sunsets that cast reflections on the clouds above the horizon.
This acrylic painting, A Storm Breakthrough, is from a series of paintings that I am creating called No Storm Lasts Forever. It is inspired by Dr. Terry Gordon’s book of the same name. We all go through challenges and this is a reminder that they do not last forever.
